"ARCH HOUSE Residential Building was an old and poorly constructed property in Cairo's Fifth Settlement. The client purchased the building in that condition and had doubts about the potential for something great to come out of it. The client's vision was to have a non-traditional Neoclassical building. That's where we came in to make it happen!
The building is getting ready to become a cozy family home for our client. They wanted the basement to be a hangout spot for everyone in the family living there. So, we came up with a smart plan: the core of the building was designed to go down to the ground floor without reaching the basement. This way, we could create a spacious area in the basement for the whole family to enjoy. You'll be able to reach the basement using stairs from the outside.
